So I'd just like to say that the other day i needed to get some spring shopping done and had NO idea where to look, so i thought, Why not? I should try this place. Well I went in, and let me tell you.... it was fantastic! The workers brought me coffee and practically waited on me HAND AND FOOT!!! they took so much care of me that i spent $530... i know, but it was SO WORTH IT!!!!! i would reccomend this store for ANYONE looking for clothing

Just to follow up because I don't think any establishment should be judged exclusively on one shop girl, I sent an email to my friends at Bev and Co. I found their absolute lack of response evidence of such excellent self confidence in their current state of being. For a purveyor of pretentious baubles in a precarious economy to absolutely make no effort to repair this situation based on their concern for customer service or karma is quite impressive. Brava Bev and Co for feeling confident that you need no new customers. I'll be sure not to send you any.

At Bev & Co, once they have your money, you won't be seeing it again.. My husband, a first time customer, bought me a Pandora bracelet for my birthday. Much to his embarrassment, it gave me hives. Weird considering I've been tested for all sorts of allergies and I don't have any allergies to metal. When I went to return the $250+ item, I offered the shop girl the card to which it had been credited. Instead of stopping right there and telling me I could only get store credit, she proceeded to look up the purchase and count the beads on the bracelet in case I'd completely lied about getting hives and removed some beads. Then she informed me of how much store credit I had. I let her know I want interested in that as I don't shop there. In fact, this was my first encounter with this retailer in my life. She said it was policy, so now bev and Co have a new bracelet and I'll never be returning. Excellent way to avoid building a customer base.
