Poor customer service if not pleased. They offered to fix my hair though were rude regarding my concerns, attemptig to explain a process I have been doing to my hair for a long time as if I was unaware. Don't go it you expect your hair to be a certain color or lift as a blonde, they don't seem to understand more than the basics of how the color wheel and toner works.
